* Title search to check for any outstanding liens.
* Condition, neighborhood, and year of the home.
* Look for homes with the most equity, and strongest re-sale characteristics.
Once a home is purchased we will notify our list of interested buyers.
We will immediately sell the home to the interested party for either cash, or a short term hard money loan.
Once your name is on title we can discuss options for getting the financing into a longer term, more stable loan.
