The two founders and majority shareholders of Sierra Capital Lending Group are Brady Yeager and Adrian Webb. Both of which have extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Adrian Webb, President Adrian Webb started his financial career after college as a loan originator. Because of his business background, Adrian learned the process, and excelled extremely quickly. In just 9 months of production he was among the top ten producers for a 12 month period in a company of over 200 loan officers. He was then promoted to Production Manager where he was responsible for running a team of 12 originators and two processors. Adrian not only brought his teams production to be consistently within the top three in the company, his personal production continued to be among the company’s best! More recently with Yarrow Bay Mortgage Adrian headed up a commercial lending division. This division was started due to the volatility in the residential mortgage business, and the need for an outlet to facilitate the deals that came through during the daily course of residential financing. During his years of experience Adrian has negotiated many short sales, and pre-foreclosure situations with various lenders for his clients. In these situations Adrian’s main goal is always getting the best results for his clients, as well as mitigating the loss to the investor. “All parties, including Sierra Capital can win in a situation if the terms are negotiated properly. Adrian currently resides in Nevada where he oversees the Las Vegas office of Sierra Capital Lending Group. Brady Yeager, Chief Executive Officer Brady Yeager's career in the financial industry began in 1998 in New York working on Wall Street for a 3 year period with Swiss Bank and UBS Warburg. His career in the mortgage industry began in 2001 with a small brokerage firm in Kirkland, Washington. Over a five year period he worked his way up from loan originator to President in one of the fastest-growing brokerage/lenders in Seattle, Washington. The company was licensed in more than 40 states, and averaged 500 applications daily. Brady also over saw the operating of a $40 million dollar bank line and a staff of over 400 employees at its peak in late 2005. There were 22 division heads reporting to Brady, and a call center with 80 seats. Brady's management position there continued his education about "what people value" in home ownership.
