Sierra Capital Lending Group loans on both owner-occupied and investor commercial properties. With commercial loans from both bank and non-bank assets, Sierra Capital Lending Group is able to offer flexible commercial financing with low fixed-rates, 30 year terms, higher LTVs and quick closings.  We will lend on mixed use, multi-family, hotels/motels, automotive and retail.  Other types of properties are available on a case by case basis.

Equity Based Lending

Sierra Capital Lending Group has the ability to lend on commercial, residential, and construction projects up to 70% Loan To Value.  These are typically higher risk loans and have an interest rate of 12% minimum, and may have up to 6 points in fee depending on risk.
